# Quick Tow NYC > Towing and roadside assistance across the five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. Flatbed, wheel-lift, heavy-duty, motorcycle, RV, long-distance, accident recovery, roadside assistance, junk car removal, private-property guidance and exotic/classic car transport. Quick Tow NYC is a referral service: its line is answered around the clock in English and Spanish and it matches drivers with independent local tow operators. It does not own trucks, it does not perform the work, and it is not a DCWP-licensed towing operator. Quick Tow NYC serves neighborhoods across all five boroughs, from the Financial District, Midtown and the Upper East and West Sides through Harlem, Washington Heights and Inwood; Williamsburg, Bushwick, Downtown Brooklyn, Park Slope, Bed-Stuy, Sunset Park, Bay Ridge, Flatbush and Coney Island; Astoria, Long Island City, Jackson Heights, Corona, Flushing, College Point and Jamaica; Mott Haven, Hunts Point, the Concourse near Yankee Stadium, Fordham and the rest of the Bronx; and St. George and the Staten Island north and south shores. The operators in the network run flatbed, wheel-lift, heavy-duty and specialty tow trucks. The line is answered around the clock in English and Spanish. Price quoted on the phone before dispatch, written quotes for long-distance. The car usually goes to the borough pound: the Bronx pound at 2444 Exterior Street, the Brooklyn Navy Yard pound, or the Queens pound at 31-22 College Point Boulevard. Manhattan and Staten Island tows are confirmed through 311 or the city's towed-vehicle lookup. Source: nyc.gov. - A private-property or driveway tow is a different regime: a DCWP-licensed operator may charge up to $125 for the removal and the first three days of storage and $15 a day after, with a $62.50 drop fee if the driver returns before the car is removed. If the owner arrives before the vehicle is off the ground, it must be disconnected. Source: NYC Administrative Code 19-169.1. - New York City no longer runs a formal snow-route system. In a declared snow emergency the city sets special parking restrictions and can tow quickly; alternate-side parking is the everyday tow driver and suspends on listed holidays and weather emergencies. - The parkways ban trucks and tow trucks, so a flatbed cannot legally run on the Belt, the FDR, the Grand Central and the rest, which shapes how a recovery is routed. ## Contact - Phone: (858) 925-5546 - Contact form: https://www.quicktownyc.com/contact/ - Service area: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island
